Note: The Wilmington TWIC Enrollment Center is located in the “Shipyard Medical Center” facility on the corner of Shipyard and Carolina Beach Road. The Center is to the left across from the Rite Aid Pharmacy and is the first building in the shopping center. TWIC Applicants are encouraged to use the side entrance on the right side of the facility. Note: This facility is an end unit. Thus, tractor-trailer parking is available in the back of the building, to the side of the building, and in front of the building. The building is in Roses Plaza which has abundant public parking.
