Directions for Brownsville
Note: Heading north on Highway 83 (leaving Brownsville) take the Boca Chica Street exit, stay on Expressway Road and drive about 1.5 miles. The TWIC Enrollment Center is on the right-hand side in North Park Plaza (just before the Price Road exit) and adjacent to the El Globo Supermarket. Heading south on Highway 83 (into Brownsville from Harlingen), take the Boca Chica Street exit, turn left under the highway, left again on Expressway Road, and follow the directions above as if heading north. The Enrollment Center is on the east side of the highway.
There is truck parking available in the parking lot in front of the facility as well as behind the facility.
