IMPORTANT: The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM; and Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
IMPORTANT: The Ponce, PR enrollment center will transition to a new enrollment provider as part of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Universal Enrollment Services (UES) initiative effective June 12, 2013; however the location has not changed. Appointments for this location can only be scheduled by calling 1-855 DHS-UES1 (1-855-347-8371); Monday - Friday, 8:00am-10:00pm Eastern. IMPORTANT: Effective 6/12/13, payments viacheck or money order for this location should be made payable to 'MorphoTrust USA' except for Card Replacement and Extended Expiration Date(EED) services. For Card Replacement/EED orders, checks/money orders shouldbe payable to 'Lockheed Martin'.

TWIC Program Transitioning to Universal Enrollment Services:
TWIC enrollment centers are transitioning to a new enrollment provider as part of the TSA Universal Enrollment Services (UES) initiative. As enrollment centers transition, their individual web pages will be updated to reflect changes. For transitioned sites – check payments for enrollments will be made out to MorphoTrust; check payments for card replacements and EEDs will be made to Lockheed Martin until further notice ----- ALL TWIC Facilities will be closed on Monday, 5/27/13, for Memorial Day.

Note: Truck parking is available inside the port facility for workers who already possess a TWIC card. There is space available outside the port facility to accommodate more than 15 truck trailers in unmarked parking spaces on the main street.
